How do I pick a plan?

Tell me more about these treatment discounts – how does it all work?

With insurance, patients are responsible for a certain percentage of restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and other treatments). Our plan works similarly – the membership covers preventive care, and we discount restorative treatments – but it’s better. There are no deductibles, no waiting periods, and no insurance company getting in the way of your oral health.

Where are you located?

We currently have offices in Beverly Hills, Brentwood, and West Hollywood.

I do not live in Los Angeles. Can I still sign up for membership?

Absolutely! If you find yourself in LA, we would love to have you join. If you are not in LA and would like to see services offered in your area, please submit the area request HERE. We have partnerships across the nation and would love to bring them forward for you.

What if I sign up for one plan and decide I need a different plan??

You can always upgrade your plan. Sometimes we learn about cavities or gingivites we weren't expecting at a check-up. We want your plan to be the best fit for your needs so you can upgrade on the spot OR reach out after your appointment HERE. You can also find this option on your patient portal. We are here to discuss what plan will best fit your new dental needs for the remainder of the year.

Can I just buy one month?

Unfortunately, you are not able to purchase one month. We currently have a six month minimum.

What is the initiation fee?

This one-time fee covers the admin services associated with managing your plan for the lifetime of your membership! You only pay this fee once, even if you upgrade your plan or renew for future years.

Do I really need dental coverage?

Oral health is deeply linked to your overall health. We are talking not just about bad breath and gums but cardiovascular health, diabetes, dementia, asthma, Alzheimer's, and more. When you have a cavity, your body is fighting an infection. You may see an increase in energy levels just by taking care of your oral health (maybe you won't need that extra cup of 2 pm coffee).

I am an employer or HR team and want to offer this plan to my employees. Can I offer your plan if some of my team is not in California?

Yes! Our plan is classified as a fringe benefit. This means you can offer it to groups of employees such as your Los Angeles team. But we know you love your entire team. Please take a moment and tell us where else your team is located HERE and we may be able to open some of our partner providers for care.

Can I go to you for specialty work and keep my general dentist?

Absolutely! When you find the right dentist you want to keep that relationship. Our Elite and Icon plans include a discount for specialty services. The Elevated, Elite, and Icon include discounted specialty services and items and perio maintenance options. Contact us today to see if our specialty services would be a good fit for you and your current provider.

What specialties do you offer?

Our incredible providers range from general dentistry to specialties in orthodontics, periodontics, and prosthodontics.

How do I pay for membership?

Our secure online portal accepts all major credit cards and bank drafts.

When does my membership become effective?

After signing up, your membership is effective immediately. No waiting period! Simply call our office to schedule an appointment when you are ready.

Once I am a member, what’s next?

Call our office to schedule an appointment for yourself and anyone covered under your plan. It’s that simple!

What information is required to sign up?

Your full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth are required when signing up for a membership plan.

Can I add family members to my account?

Yes! You can add family members when you enroll in the membership plan, or at any time after.

How do I schedule an appointment?
